Seattle smashes Minnesota 38-7

The Seattle Seahawks beat the Minnesota Vikings 38-7 on Sunday, Dec. 6. The Seahawks improved their record to 7-5 and are second in NFC West. Minnesota has fallen to 7-5 and they’re now second in NFC North.

Seattle plays their next game against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Dec. 13. Baltimore is 4-8 and they’re in third place in NFC North.

Minnesota plays again on Thursday, Dec. 10, against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals are 10-2, and are in first place in NFC West.

Russell Wilson completed 21 out of 27 passes for 274 yards. He had three touchdowns.

Thomas Rawls, who’s taking over for Marshawn Lynch, ran the ball 19 times for 101 yards. He had one touchdown and his longest run of the game was 20 yards.

Doug Baldwin led the team in receiving. He caught five passes for 94 yards and had two touchdowns. His longest reception was a 53-yard touchdown.

Teddy Bridgewater passed for 118 yards, completing 17 out of 28 passes. He had one interception.

Jerrick Mckinnion led the team in rushing. He ran the ball four times for only 18 yards. His longest run was 12 yards.

Mike Wallace was the team’s main receiver. Wallace caught just two passes for 43 yards. His longest reception was 25 yards.

The Vikings looked like trash. They had a total of 125 yard on offense the whole game. Why aren’t they giving Adrian Peterson the ball more? Nobody knows. Seattle, on the other hand, looks like they’re back to their 2013 team.
