Always radiate positivity and pass it on.

Aaron’s Adventures: Adore

There’s that cheesy saying: “high school is the best time of your life.”

Don’t get me wrong, I hate cheesy sayings as much as I hate wet socks, but this one is actually true.

Out of the eighteen years of my life, I have to say my high school years have been the best yet.

So here’s my next advice; take it while you still can.

Two out of four:

Cherish every second in high school.

For those in high school, I want you to know that high school stress isn’t worth wasting time over.

The work overload from math or the pressure of writing your junior paper are the least of your strains.

The real world has 10 times worse pressure in store you, so why worry now?

Now, I know how hard it is to disregard stress. You have to keep up your grades, pass tests, get into college, but I want you to also look at it this way.

Half of the rest of your life is going to be spent working, stressing, and repeating that process every day.

So my question to you: would you rather start your stressful life now? Or push it off a few more years while you can?

High school is the perfect time of your life. You’re not too young to do certain activities, but neither are you too old to do others.

You’re in the primest of time.

Enjoy time with your class!

Create relationships that will last forever!

Give back to the community by volunteering!

But most importantly…

ENJOY YOUR YOUTH!

After high school, it’s all downhill for us. We grow and grow, and before you know it, we’re thirty and wondering where all that time went.

Take this time for your own advantage. Go hiking without pulling a muscle, go to the beach and show off your bod while you can, and you know what? Take as many selfies as you possibly can. Who cares who’s judging you? Your skin is as flawless as it will ever be, and more important, it’s still wrinkle-free!

Use this time because high school is your time. Choose what you want to do with it.

Don’t live a life in regret. Enjoy everything while you can and are able to. Time flies faster than you know, so use up every second and minute of it creating memories that, unlike time, will last forever.
