Kelsie Chong, Features co-editor
Senior Kelsie Chong is back again in her second year of journalism and is the features co-editor. After having Ka Leo o Nā Koa recognized as the best newspaper in the state last year, she plans to work even harder to help capture the title once again. With a much smaller Journalism One staff this time around, she hopes to set a good example and be a responsible and productive co-editor that they can follow.
Tahitian is her passion and the beach is her getaway. She loves to sleep and hates waking up to her neighbor’s lawnmower every Saturday morning. Kelsie is a dreamer and always wonders about the “what could have beens.” She wishes on falling stars and wants to one day to be reincarnated into a green sea turtle.
