- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon guava butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ macadamia nuts
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the butter and sugar. Once it’s light and fluffy, add in the vanilla extract, egg, and guava butter.
- Slowly mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until the ingredients are completely incorporated. Then gently fold in the macadamia nuts until just combined.
